License (EULA)

By using any product or services from Classiebit, you agree that this End User User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding and valid contract and agree to be bound by it. You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

End-User License Agreement

Classiebit sells the website's source code in the form of Enterprise software solutions. So, you can completely customize & modify it according to your requirements. Our products use many external programming frameworks & libraries, which are free and open source. If you need the source code of any of them, you can just get it from its repository. So, there is no hidden code in that manner.

License Period

A product's License is for a lifetime. That means, once you buy it, you can use the license forever, with no hidden conditions. Each License includes between 6-months and 2-year of Premium Support, upgrades.

Use of the License

Your license to use any of our products or service is limited to the number of licenses purchased by you. You shall not allow others to use, copy or evaluate copies of our products.

Types of Licenses

Developer License

1. Developer License grants you (the buyer) a worldwide license to make use of the digital product you have purchased.
2. Developer License grants you the right to create one single End Product for yourself or a client (a “single application/website”) on a SINGLE DOMAIN only.
3. With Developer License, you get no free installation support from our end. We'll guide you if in case you get any errors.
4. You can create an End product by customizing our product and sell/distribute it to your client at any cost. The only boundation you have is, right to use only on SINGLE DOMAIN per purchase or per Developer license.
5. Suppose you're using a license for a Domain A and later on, you want to transfer your end product to another domain B, you can do that. The license can be transferred to an unlimited number of domains for free. 
6. To transfer the license, simply visit the Downloads page - classiebit.com/downloads and edit & update the authorized domain. This process is instant and automatic and requires no reviews. You can change the authorize domain any time within seconds.
7. You can modify or manipulate the product. You can combine the product with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
8. If you've created an End product by customizing the product purchased from us, and you want to use it on multiple domains or want to sell/distribute to multiple clients. Then you'll need to purchase an additional license.
9. If you want to sell your End product to multiple clients or use it on multiple domains, more than 15-20 domains, then you can buy our Enterprise license. Read about the Enterprise license to know more.
10. You can’t re-distribute the product as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with a product either on its own or bundled with other products, and even if you modify the product. You can’t re-distribute or make available the product as-is or with superficial modifications.
    For example, You can’t purchase a PHP script, convert it to a WordPress plugin and sell or give it to more than one client. You can’t license a product and then make it available as-is on your website for your users to download.
11. You can’t use the product in any application allowing an end-user to customize a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on-demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application. You can use the product in this way only if you purchase a separate license for each final product incorporating the product that is created using the application. For example, You can’t purchase a PHP script, convert it to a WordPress plugin and sell or give it to more than one client. You can’t license a product and then make it available as-is on your website for your users to download.
12. You must not permit an end-user of the End Product to extract the product and use it separately from the End Product.
13. You can’t use any of our product logo or name as your company/individual trademark, or service mark, or register it as your company name, or make any claims regarding the branding of our products.
14. You can only use the product for lawful purposes. Also, if a product contains an image of a person, even if the product is model-released you can’t use it in a way that creates a fake identity, implies personal endorsement of a product by the person, or in a way that is defamatory, obscene or demeaning, or in connection with sensitive subjects.
15. This license applies in conjunction with the Classiebit Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between this license and the Terms and Conditions, this license will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.
16. This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop making copies of or distributing the End Product until you remove the product from it.
17. Classiebit retains ownership of the product but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between Classiebit and you.

 

Non-Developer License

Non-Developer License is the same as Developer License, the only difference is of type of support and free installation. You can read more about Support terms in Classiebit Support Terms.

1. Non-Developer License grants you (the buyer) a worldwide license to make use of the digital product you have purchased.
2. With a Non-Developer License, you get free installation support from our end. After purchase, submit a support ticket or send us an email on info@classiebit.com and we'll install it.
3. Free installation is only for once for a single domain/purchase. If in future, you plan to change the domain and want to transfer the site to another domain or sub-domain, it'll cost you extra, if you want us to install it.

Enterprise License

1. Enterprise License grants you (the buyer) a worldwide license to make use of the digital product you have purchased.
2. With an Enterprise License, you get free installation support from our end. After purchase, submit a support ticket or send us an email on info@classiebit.com and we'll install it.
3. Enterprise License grants you the right to create multiple/unlimited (no limits) End Product for yourself or multiple/unlimited clients (“unlimited application/website”) on MULTIPLE/UNLIMITED DOMAINS.
4. You can create an End product by customizing our product and sell/distribute it to your client at any cost. There are no boundations, you will have the rights to use on MULTIPLE/UNLIMITED DOMAINs per purchase or per Enterprise license.
5. You don't need to add any authorized domain, you'll only require the MASTER license that you get when purchasing Enterprise License. And you can use that MASTER license to install the product or the end product on any number of domains.
6. The only boundation you have with Enterprise license is, you can't re-sell our product as-is. You can only re-sell the End product that is created by customizing our product. The End product must be different in nature. The End product can be a combination of our product and other products.
7. You can modify or manipulate the product. You can combine the product with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
8. If you've created an End product by customizing the product purchased from us, and you want to use it on multiple domains or want to sell/distribute to multiple clients. You can do that with the Enterprise license. You can create an unlimited number of copies of your End product and sell it to any number of extend.
9. This license is a “multi-use” license and not a “single application” license, which means that you can use the Item to create more than one unique End Product.
10. The Enterprise License allows you to create unlimited End Products you want and deploy them on how many domains like endproduct-a.com, endproduct-b.com, endproduct-c.com.
